LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A fatal two-vehicle accident occurred late Wednesday night, July 2, 2025, on I-430 Northbound at the 4-mile marker in Little Rock, Arkansas.

According to the Arkansas State Police, the crash happened at approximately 10:55 p.m. A 2022 Toyota Camry driven by 39-year-old Quincy Holloway of Little Rock attempted to change lanes and struck the driver side of a 2013 Toyota RAV4. The RAV4, driven by 43-year-old Denise Graydon—also of Little Rock—left the roadway as a result of the collision.

Graydon was killed in the crash. Holloway was injured and transported to UAMS for treatment. Weather and road conditions were reported as clear and dry.

The crash remains under investigation by Trooper Ethan Hiland. Graydon’s body is being held at the Pulaski County Coroner’s Office.
