Details of Andrea Fuller Crash

According to preliminary reports from the Arkansas State Police, Andrea Fuller, 24, of Faulkner County, a passenger in a 1999 Nissan Pathfinder, was pronounced dead after a fatal crash. The Pathfinder was traveling westbound on Highway 25 on Monday, May 26, 2025 at approximately 1:51 p.m. when it lost control while negotiating a left curve. The vehicle crossed the center line into the eastbound lane and was struck on the passenger side by an eastbound 2001 Dodge Ram. The collision forced both vehicles off the road, coming to a stop on the south roadside of Highway 25. Afterwards, Fuller's body was taken to the Faulkner County Coroner’s Office.

The driver of the Pathfinder, Krystina Phillips, 46, also of Faulkner County, was injured and transported to Conway Regional Medical Center. No additional details regarding the driver of the second vehicle or their condition were made available at the time of this report.

Road Conditions

The roadway was wet at the time of the accident due to rain, contributing to the hazardous conditions. These conditions were also the result of another crash on Saturday, May 24, which resulted in the death of two other Arkansans, according to a press release by the Arkansas Democrat Gazette.

The two crashes remain under investigation by the Arkansas State Police. The investigating officer is TFC. Daniel R. Parker (#390).

Legal Rights After a Fatal Crash in Arkansas

Losing a loved one in a preventable accident is one of the most devastating experiences a family can face, and these events happen more often than you think. Just this May of 2025 alone, we've seen more than 20 fatal crashes in the State, with at least three of them resulting in the death of a pedestrian or passenger in the struck vehicle. For more information, see the Arkansas State Police report database, or visit the blog of attorney Harry Warden for his excellent legal insights.

In Arkansas, the law provides a path for surviving family members to pursue a wrongful death claim when a loved one is killed due to another party’s negligence — whether from a car accident, dangerous roadway conditions, or reckless driving.

A wrongful death lawsuit is not just about financial compensation. It’s about seeking justice, holding negligent parties accountable, and giving families the legal tools to begin rebuilding after unimaginable loss. A wrongful death case can help families:

  • Recover funeral and burial expenses

  • Secure compensation for lost income or support

  • Seek justice and accountability for the loss

With Wrongful Death Cases, Time Is Of The Essence

Wrongful death claims in Arkansas are time-sensitive. The state’s statute of limitations typically gives families three years from the date of death to file a claim, but crucial evidence can be lost or overlooked long before then.

These cases are also highly fact-specific, requiring a careful review of accident reports, medical records, eyewitness accounts, and liability factors. The earlier you speak to a lawyer, the stronger your case may be.
