MISSISSIPPI COUNTY, Ark. — A fatal two-vehicle crash occurred on the morning of July 1, 2025, along U.S. Highway 78 at the State Highway 18 intersection in rural Mississippi County.

According to the Arkansas State Police, the crash happened at approximately 8:05 a.m. under clear skies and dry road conditions. A 2020 Lincoln Aviator traveling eastbound crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a westbound 2015 Chevrolet Malibu.

Two passengers in the Malibu, 62-year-old Rachel C. Harris and 42-year-old Tiffany Latoya Harris, both of Blytheville, were killed in the collision. The driver, 23-year-old Tieryni Danielle Harris, also of Blytheville, was injured and transported to Regional One Medical Center.

The driver of the Lincoln, 34-year-old Brandie Ellen Spaziani of Manila, was also injured. The crash is being investigated by Trooper Christopher L. Dunham with the Arkansas State Police. The bodies of the deceased were taken to Delancey Funeral Home.
