Wrongful Death Lawyers Help Families Move Forward

At Ludwig Law Firm, we extend our deepest sympathies to the family of Courtney Roden following this devastating motorcycle crash.

Motorcyclists are particularly vulnerable on Arkansas roads, and right-of-way violations—such as failing to yield when entering a highway—are a leading cause of fatal motorcycle collisions. If the ongoing investigation confirms that the driver of the Honda failed to yield or enter the highway safely, Roden’s family may have grounds for a wrongful death claim under Arkansas law.

A wrongful death lawsuit can help surviving loved ones recover costs for funeral expenses, emotional grief, and the loss of financial and emotional support. Our firm stands ready to help families understand their rights and explore their legal options in the aftermath of tragedy.
