Our Staff
Megan - Director of Legal Operations
Megan leads the firm's print advertising and branding initiatives for the firm. She fills roles in print advertisements, billing and accounting, office management, and marketing strategy.
Nicole - Director of Legal Operations
After a career in speech pathology, Nicole answered the call to apply her talents to the family business. She leads the firm's operations from the front, filling roles in accounting, training, people, case management, and lead management. She excels at driving the team forward towards their goals.
Outside of work, she is a loving mother to three children, which keeps her plenty busy.
Zach - Director of Marketing
After four years in marketing/communications field (Disney, CJRW, David’s Burgers, Apptegy), Zach joined Ludwig Law Firm. Zach leads the firm’s digital marketing and advertising initiatives. He holds a B.A. in marketing and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Harding University.
Outside of work, he plays percussion and drums for various music groups. He is originally from Bartlett, Tennessee.
Sarah - Legal and Administrative Assistant
Sarah attended the University of Arkansas and holds a B.A. in Sociology and Criminology, and is passionate about criminal law. Sarah supports the firm and its clients with empathy, care, and diligence as a legal assistant.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking bread, watching movies, and being outside. She is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas.
Peyton - Legal and Administrative Assistant
Peyton graduated Harding University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. After roles in education and banking, she fell in love with the legal field and joined our team at Ludwig Law Firm.
Peyton loves to hike, bike, and sit outside in the fresh air. She is an avid fantasy reader and loves to dance. With eight pets, Peyton and her partner have a home full of laughter and joy.
Haley - Advertising Administrative Specialist
Haley earned a degree in Family and Human Services from John Brown University, and has a professional background in social services. She uses her analytical skills to grow our nursing home practice area with mail-in advertisements.
Outside of the office, Haley enjoys baking, reading, and knitting. She also loves spending time outdoors and values quality time with her family.
