Weston Sizemore

Little Rock criminal lawyer Weston Sizemore poses in the Arkansas Supreme Court.

Weston Sizemore is an aggressive, strategic, and thoroughly prepared trial attorney born and raised in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Before entering private practice, Weston served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Arkansas’s Sixth Judicial District. In that role, she handled serious domestic-violence and sexual-offense cases and gained valuable courtroom experience in homicide prosecutions. This prosecutorial background provides a practical understanding of how the State investigates, prepares, and presents criminal cases.

A strong critical thinker and courtroom advocate, Weston approaches every case with careful preparation and a clear litigation strategy. Earlier legal experience includes serving as a law clerk with Kamps & Griffis PLLC, where she worked in family law and criminal defense, and with the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. She also completed two college internships with Varghese Summersett PLLC in Fort Worth, Texas.

Weston graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville’s Sam M. Walton Honors College of Business, and later earned a law degree magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where she served as a member of the UALR Law Review. Admitted to practice in 2024, Weston is licensed in Arkansas and Texas and belongs to the Arkansas Bar Association. Outside the courtroom, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, waterfowl hunting, and traveling.
